I am using Act! Pro Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 5 and I have just synchronsed with outlook 2010 ( 32 bit version).
Everything seems to work but when I send a mail message with the outlook client from act the message does not seem to appear in the act History.. I only see in the sent box in Outlook.
I would lie to add that the PST file os located on a network drive while I am using a sigle user license for Act
