I synced my Act Pro 2011 database wtih my Outlook 2007 and almost all of my email addresses disappeared from Outlook. YIKES! I thought I was pretty technically savy until I started searching through the help topics it was all a bit over my head. I believe that this program is intended for sales people as a crm tool and I shouldn't have to be a programmer to figure out how to some of these simple tasks.
Please help, I am frustrated and now have no client emails in my outlook which I use every day from my phone, ipad and laptop.

Another issue that happened at the same time is that I file all of my contacts by customer and then by their name and with the sync all of them got changed to filing as last name, first name. UUGGHH! Is there a fix for that?
