First of all, please do excuse me if I'm asking for an answer to something that's already on the forum somewhere - I have tried to find an answer without any luck!
System - ACT Pro 21.0.295.0 update 7. My system (the laptop) will no longer sync with my desktop. The 'Synchronise now' option is greyed out? The synchronisation preferences look OK. I've found a thread discussing Help / About ACT / Database information / Sync role ...should have some wording by the side of it - there is nothing in that field though. The desktop is set to accept syncs.
I appreciate I'm a non-techy and so probably doing something dum! Can anyone shed any light on what I should look at please?
