We installed the SP1 on all machines running ACT about 2 months ago so all machines read "Sage ACT! Pro 2012 Version 18.104.22.168". The service pack was originally installed to resolve the issue of exponential sync file growth that was causing remote sync to slow. This fix has worked great until about a week ago. Now everytime we sync a remote database, the sync file appears larger and takes longer each time.
I've read the info on Hot Fix 1 and it does not appear to address this issue any further than the service pack did. Any suggestions as to why this issue has comeback even after the service pack was installed?
