We have had a continual problem syncing Act 2016 w/ Outlook (2010 and previous)...Ideally we'd have all of ouer Act clients (7k) also in Outlook so that the Caller ID function on our desk phone (only reads Outlook) and so that we could make one dump of contacts into our mobile phone book, so that that caller ID will work too...I have HHC on my phone and the syncing w/ our Act server works well, but it doesn't get the contacts into Outlook or the mobile's phone book...we don't need the ability to update contact info. via Outlook..just see it. And to further complicate issues, some people have several hunderd personal contacts in their Outlook that they don't want synced into Act...any ideas?? Thanks!!!

This should explain how to sync your contacts between Act and Outlook. It should also explain how to only allow 1-way sync's so that personal contacts in Outlook do not appear in Act.
