Hi everyone, one of my sales team members in Thailand is now getting 'Access is denied. Contact your administrator for assistance.' when he tries to Synchronise. This used to work and recently stopped working. It gives the error straight away after selecting Sync regardless of whether or not he's got his VPN connection established to our ACT Server. It appears to just throw up the error regardless. Any clues? Could this be a Windows Update problem? Thanks, Warren.
