We are hosting an ACT! 10 Database for our client.
The are connecting via a VPN connection to our static ip address.
Ping is sucessful but Synchronisation fails. When i put the address in the internet explorer we get the following message:
Any suggestions what to do ?

Are you using ACT! Premium or Standard? What type of setup do you have? I'm not understanding why you need to access that web address to see the ACT!.
