My Main Act 10.0 is on a XP Computer, when I try to Sync a remote Act on a Window 7 computer, I do not get the History Attachment icon on the Window 7 computer. The attachments which are WORD docs do go to the Document directory but the connecting icon does not appear.
Any ideas

Are you able to open the document from the Contact record? Is it that the icon is missing but the link still works...
If you attach a document to the Win7 database, will it sync correctly back to the XP system?
When you open Act!, are you running it as Admin (right click on icon > select Run as Administrator)?

No I cannot open Word Doc from Contract Record.
I just tested if I attached a Word Doc to my Win7 would it sync to XP, and it did.
I tried sync in standard and administrator mode, with same results. No attachment of XP to Win7.
FYI: It does send the Word Doc to the Win7 Data Base Attachment File, I can then manually attached that Word Doc to the Win7 Contract Record.

Just a wild guess here...
Any change in results if you shut down firewall and/or antivirus on Win 7 machine?
