I'll ask our team to follow up with you today - I'm not sure why they haven't been in touch.

The best bet is to go to Programs and Features and find the "Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (64-bit)" item, and run through the uninstall process from there, rather than deleting folders.

Thanks for the quick response. I had already done that (twice). Did it again and got the pre-requisite error once again!

Fix was a bit drastic:

 

Tried a clean reinstall but SQl caused a problem which caused it to fail.

 

ACT support couldn't fix it.

 

Had to buy some Microsoft SQL support to remove every last dreg of SQL.

 

Then reinstall worked.

 

For the last few days Act.integration hasn't crashed and Google calendar sync doesn't seem to be randomly changing the Act calendar.
