I've got 2 issues which might be related:
1. Personal & Vacation Activity Durations Keep Getting Changed
This where my diary keeps changing e.g. alarms being added.
1. Act.Integration has stopped working
This error keeps popping up:
On (1) even though the calendar is now disconnected from Google, some activities have still changed! Also noticed that some identical types of activities have different icons.
This is the activity setting:
You can see there are 4 using the same icons.
But in my calendar they show up differently:
PA = personal activity, M = meeting & V = vacation - last 2 have inconsistent icons.
Finally, when attempting to reschedule an incorrect activity via the calendar screen, sometimes get this error (even though it's not a recurring activity):
On (2) have retried renaming history but ACT.integration keeps crashing on start-up now. When doing this I noticed that multiple Act.integration files keep reappearing. I deleted all act.integration XML files with suffix 1/2/3/4 etc 2 days ago and again today but Act.integration 2 keeps coming back. Also multiple ACTLOGS:
I have contacted ACT for a temporary support contract as suggested but not heard from them yet. In the meantime, is it worth attempting a clean install of ACT? If so:
1. How to do this?
2. Where to download Act! Pro Version 19.2.146.0, Update 3 English (United Kingdom)?
Also, what about Office 365 - it's stable so can I leave that or reinstall?

I have contacted ACT for a temporary support contract as suggested but not heard from them yet - so no contract in place. In the meantime, is it worth attempting a clean install of ACT? If so:
1. How to do this?
2. Where to download Act! Pro Version 19.2.146.0, Update 3 English (United Kingdom)?
Also, what about Office 365 - it's stable so can I leave that or reinstall?
And SQL?
PS Outlook's calendar is completely empty!

Uninstalled Act but none of the steps shown in http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/38182/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xNTE2MTI5MTU5L3NpZC80Wk95Y1dD... seemed to relate to any to my numerous SQl installations.
So couldn't uninstall the Microsoft SQL Server (ACT7) instance using those instructions. Therefore uninstalled all SQL versions and one did include an ACT7 component.
But when attempting to reinstall Act I firstly get this error:
I looked at http://kb.act.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/28486/~/error%3A-act!-pre-requisite-has-encountered-a-prob... and tried some potential fixes.
After a reboot and re-attempting to install Act I then get this error:
Again the instructions for removing ACT7 seem to work. This is my current SQL installation:
So looked for many sign of ACT in SQL and found a folder called MSSQL12.ACT7 located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL12.ACT7.
What do I do? Delete the folder, rename it or use another method?
PS still not got a response from ACT support - hence another post here.
