I have Act 2008 (10.0.2.191) installed on Small Business Server 2003, and also on a Windows XP workstation.
I have one workstation PC with a remote database which synchronizes (application sync) approximately once a day. Beginning yesterday, the synchronization gets to about 2/3 of the status bar and hangs -- in that it does not error nor progress beyond that. We have left it "working" for near 30 mins and no change.
In the way of attempting to fix I have executed Database Maintenance -- Check & Repair from inside the application (both on the server and on the workstation). Also, I have performed Act Diagnostics for (1) Repair Database, (2) Reindex Database, and (3) Rebuild Sync Objects. (Suggestions based on the Act KB article.)
How can I get the sync to actually sync?
