Sync Failure

I have ACT!2011 Pro with hotfix 2 on both my remote and parent machine but everytime i try to sync i get a failure stating that i hve different version running on remote. What am I missing. They both show the same versions.

Could one be 13.1 HF2 and the other 13.0 HF2?

What's the EXACT error message?

both are Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2.

Error message is:

Synchronization has failed. The remote database is using a different ACT! version than the main database. Contact your administrator for assistance.

i have 2 others on the network but neither run ACT!

First try this ACT! Knowledge Base article -

If that doesn't help, can you go: Help | About - Database Information
What's the schema version - on both systems?

You also might try getting SP1 and then Hotfix 2 for SP1 (two separate files) and updating BOTH systems to the latest build
