I'm using ACT 2009. When I try to sync, the following message comes up:
Unable to acquire Sync Server object. Server Error Description: Command loader could not be created due to password error. Exception of type 'System.OutofMemoryException' was thrown. Contact your administrator for assistance."
I synced with the db earlier today. I couldn't find a resolution so I just recreated the rdb but I got the same message.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the Act! Online Community!
What type of sync setup are you using? Is this over a local network using Application sync (main database open), over a local network using Network Sync Service, or over the internet using Internet Sync Service?
If the main database is on a server, have you tried rebooting the server?
And if you haven't already, go ahead and run the Tools > Database Maintenance > Check and Repair option on both the main and remote databases.

I ran the database maintenace on the rdb and the main db then I was able to sync.

Thought I would add that you can also get this error if the server networks sync has not been updated to the current version.
