Is this correct?
You use Outlook E-mail, not ACT E-mail.
You import Outlook E-mail messages.
ACT activities plus Outlook calendar activities are linked to ACT.
You use ACT as your main contact database; you don't use ACT as your E-mail client, you use Outlook.
When you sync in Windows 7 employing Windows mobile, your Smartphone and original ACT database have duplicate calendar entries including notifications.
You have to manually remove duplicate entries, there can be hundreds of these.
Consultants and Sage discuss wireless solutions as a resolution but don't publish how to use Windows 7/Windows mobile and a version of ACT that will sync using your computer properly with your Smartphone?
At least the contacts are not duplicated now, that used to happen as well.
Am I missing anything?
