Is there a compelling reason to upgrade from v20 to v19? Are there any Windows 10 compatibility issues that v20 resolves? None of the listed features of v20 seem relevant to me, so I don't want to spend the money if there's no specific benefit.
20.1 has some very important improvements with linking to Outlook V16 / 365.
ACT V21 which is due any day has yet more expected improvments regarding linking with incoming emails so if you are thinking of upgrading I would wait a couple of weeks.
