Survey - Someone At Swiftpage Gets It

I just clicked on a request to fill out a survey against my better judgement.  Companies that want their customer to fill out a survey seem to ask hundreds of questions.  Typically I invest about 5 minutes then bail.

Whoever designed the survey I took today should be complimented.  About 3 or 4 questions and it was done.  I am happy to respond to this kind of survey.

If you issue another survey, please keep this in mind.  You can send out a short survey 3 or 4 times a month and build your marketing profile instead of getting folks to bail.

in in product surveys are very important to Act! headquarters.  They use the feedback to determine what to do with the next version and how to make it better.  I also love that you can take their survey in under 3 minutes!
