Support Telephone Lines

I have been on hold for technical support now for nearly an hour.  Are these lines even working now?  If they are not, why not change the outgoing message rather than telling people to continue to wait?

There was a message posted in these forums yesterday that there were some technical issues with the phone system .... maybe not repaired yet?

We are still experiencing a high call volume and working with our vendors to resolve the technical issues. If you have not yet reached ACT! Support, perhaps you can post your question or issue in this forum (please start a new thread with appropriate subject line).
