Stuck in Group Detail

I am stuck in the Group Detail screen and when I hit any button, I get this error message, "The group's name is empty; please enter a group name."

Don't know how I got here, I don't use groups to my knowledge.

Any ideas?  HELP!!!

Thanks,

Re: Stuck in Group Detail

You are in the group view. Look for a field for group name and type something in it.  THen you can leave the field.  If you can do this or don't want to, your only option is to kill the program via the task manager.

Basically, when a new group is created, YOU MUST enter a name for that graoup before doing anything else.  It is likely you created a new group by accident via keystrokes.

Re: Stuck in Group Detail

Hi I am having the same problem, and I get what is going on, but somewhere the new group field pops up and I can't see it in order to either fill it out, save it or close it. it has something to do with the layout of view of the info on my screen - I'm using ACT 2007 on Windows XP. I have tried everythign I can think of to minimize my group detail view but can't figure it out. please help! I'm losing my mind!

Thanks.
