We run ACT! version 22.214.171.124 (hot fix 1) on 4 computers. They all have Windows 7.
The database is located on my computer. This morning I logged in without any trouble, but nobody else could access the database. Here is the error message they receive after typing in their username and password:
"Cannot find database supplemental files folder DavidSteedCo09122011-database files
in this location STEEDPC-2. This could be problem with the share, or the folder may
not exist. Please contact the administrator of your database. "
