We are using stonefield query with ACT 9 with 50K records and when we go to run a simple report, stonefield times out. stonefield said it is an ACT problem. Has anybody experieced same, and do u have a fix?
We have recently had some reports of this timeout error message appearing with long-running reports in ACT! versions 2007 and 2008. The next release of Stonefield Query for ACT! is currently in beta testing, and it includes an update to avoid this error message. We have verified with some beta testers who were experiencing this error that the new version of Query resolves the problem.
