I may have asked this before, but is there a way to pull any statistical analysis from ACT. I would like to know the number of calls that were completed, attempted, received, etc. Just the total number. I would also like it for all other activities such as eMails written or meetings held, etc.
I'm not sure any of the standard reports do this. They all seem to want to print every activity.
Have I missed it?

The Hostory Summary Classic report comes the losest to what you want. In the report package I sell I have an expanded version with seven columns. On a custom basis I have made a summary version that showx only the final totals.
