Spell Check in Act 10.0 Does not Work

Spell Check in Act 10.0 Does not Work

I've searched the Knowledgebase on the sage website for a solution, but nothing recommended has work.  You can choose spell check as an option, but it does not find any misspelled words, even though there are misspelled words.  

 

I've tried copy the main.dct file from the install CD into the directory in case the file was corrupt, but this did not work.

All setting are correct under Tools - > Preferences - > Communication

 

Help!!

Which version of 10.0 are you using (Help > About ACT!)?  Where are you using the spellchecker at (notes, history, email, etc...)?  Was this working before?

We are using 10.0.237 Hotfix 1.  Some users can use the spell check without issues, but there are two of us where it just does not function.  I'm using the spellchecker on templates (fax cover sheets, letters, etc.)
