Hello ACT Users,
I did a quick search and did not see any posts on this topic so I am starting a thread. Can anyone advise whether it is possible to format the "Special Notes" field of a Contact record to word wrap? I need to add some important customer details which would be lost in the NOTES area. Any ideas/directions/recommendations are appreciated.

DW I would think if you are using a version above version 7 would be to change the property of the field special notes to be a memo field rather than a regular character field.
