We are currently using version 9 of act there are premade layouts for reports that were created prior to me coming to this job. I am in a pinch and need to figure out how to sort the reports by a different category. I am currently trying to print out contact reports for our whole database. When i select the contacts then go to reports and select Contact Report it pulls them all up but in alphabetical order. I need to have them sorted by a different field in the contact. Can this be done???? if so can some one please let me know. Im in a pinch. I need this done by tmorrow afternoon.
