Sorting Opportunity List

Hi in Opportunity List View I would like to be able to come back to a list sorted the way I want.

I.e I sort by probability 100% down, go back and do something, go back to opportunity list and it looses the former sort

parameters even though they seem to flash up quickly before changing.

I suspect this is working as designed. Using the back button reloads the list view which would be the unsorted list . If you click on the list view button you will reopen the sorted list view.

Hi Paul,

The column sort should stay applied while Act is open. It will reset when Act is closed and reopened.
Are you seeing the column become unsorted without restarting Act?
What version of Act and Windows are you using?

Hi Gary, I am using Windows 7 Professional and Act Pro V17. I will take you through step by step. I open opportunities in Act in list view and sort them by descending probability. I access an opportunity and when done hit back button which takes me back to list view opportunities. Unfortunately the list sorted by descending probability has changed all together. I want to go back and have the same sort shown to me. Any way of doing this??
