I created a Smart Task Template that includes alternating call (first) and following up with an email. On occasion I do not wish to follow up with an email (it may not be necessary or the client may not have an email address) and I wish to cancel the email but not the Smart Task from running to the next step. Instead the Smart Task automatically cancels. Isn't there or shouldn't there be a way to cancel a step?
