Smart Tasks Window

Hi,

I have set up some Smart Tasks, and I can see that there is a window open from my pc taskbar, but I can't get to the actual window - it looks like it's been moved off screen!

Is there any way to reset it so it somes back on screen?

Thanks

Re: Smart Tasks Window

I haven't used this myself, but have seen it recommended in another post - a program for repositioning off-screen windows: http://www.codeplex.com/SheepDog

Re: Smart Tasks Window

That's a useful tool. It says I have no windows off screen however!

No idea what's going on with this!!! I guess I'll make do.

Thanks for your help Greg.

Re: Smart Tasks Window

One more thing to try: rebuilding your Sage ACT! Preference files.

Use the section: "Alternate Method: Manually Rebuilding Preferences" of the following article: KB Articel 14770.

Note: After doing this, you will have to set up preferences again (such as email client).

Re: Smart Tasks Window

Re "SheepDog" - I use it on my laptop and netbook as I regularly have external montiors attached to them, then when out and about, various windows still think they are some place other than the default screen, Sheepdog works a treat in getting them back onto the primary screen.
