Hopefully someone can help me out here. I'm hoping to use Smart Tasks to send out an email to our processing team each time an opportunity gets moved to the processing stage.
I can get the email to send out using Smart Tasks but I haven't figured out how to customize it with the fields from the opportunity so right now there's no way for the processing team to know what order it is.
Any ideas? Is there a list of merge fields for opportunities I can stick in?
