Hey folks, my understanding based on tests is that when you set smart tasks to run on auto, once the task is triggered/completed it will not run again for that record, never. The only option is to create a new smart task.
So, doesn't that mitigate the usefulness of many smart tasks. For example, if you set a birthday reminder for a client in 2011, it will not remind you again in 2012. Wouldn't it make more sense to set up a recurring Activity?
Seems obvious to me, anyone see it differently?
