Six-weekly call recurrance??

Hi users,

I'll be breif: What would you recommend for a sitaution when I need to contact my customers at six-weekly intervals?

If you use Activities > Schedule > Call > Recurrance.... we only have an option for weekly or monthly - how can I do six-weekly?

Ideally, I want a field that shows the date the customer signed up, then I want an automatic reminder to call them every six weeks after that.

Come on - give me some confidence in ACT! - if it can't do this then it must be seriously poor.

In the reocurrence tab choose the weekly option set the "every" option to 6 and pick your day of the week.

 

Note: I only looked at this in V.10
