I'm facing an issue. When trying to sync my email with ACT, in the "Sent Item" folders I have some emails with single quotes around them and it won't sync.
email@example.com : It will sync
'firstname.lastname@example.org' : will not sync.
I have no idea why Outlook add those quotes (even when adding the contact to my contact book it remain the same).
anyone has experienced the same kind of issue ?

Not sure if this will help, but I saw a post outlining the steps to get rid of the quotes around email addresses.
In Outlook, go to
In the Mail settings, go to Spelling and Autocorrect, then Autocorrect Options
In the Autoformat and Autoformat As You Type sections, uncheck "Straight quotes" with "smart quotes"
