Was hoping if anyone had a fix or if this is just a feature of ACT 17...
When I'm viewing a customer, I want to always see the Cleared Tasks, I make sure that under Optios, Show Cleared is checked. If I hit the Back button in the upper left and then return to that customer, it no longer shows cleared tasks, and I have to check that setting again under options. The weird part, is this only happens on one computer, the other 5 in the office don't have this issue.

This sounds like your local preferences are damaged. If you click the "Show cleared" option within contacts it should stay ticked. If your local preferences are damaged, issues like this can occur. Preferences are also pc specific which would explain why only 1 of your pcs is experiencing this issue.
