ACT 2010 ver 18.104.22.168 Hotfix 3
A client calls and I routinely hit Shift-F4 to bring up the Timer. I click on the"Play" button and the Timer starts. I then click "Stop", up pops the Record History dialog and the Timer disappears. I record the phone call and click OK. The Record History dialog disappears and the Timer pops back up on my screen.
Is there a preference item which makes the Timer persistant (that I can deselect)?
