Our server crashed. I've created a new database on my desktop. I've restored our backup database. I can access the database on my desktop but other users cannot open the database. The files are shared. Need help, do I need to load ACT! on my desktop in a different format since it's acting as the host? I've tried all the steps in the knowledgebase.
Error: "The database <Database name> could not be accessed. In order to access this database, check your network connection and verify that your database server is available. It may be necessary to disable any firewall software..."
