Hello I have just bought ACT 2013. and want to use it to run the company. To this end I want everyone to be able to put their jobs/whereabouts into their individual calenders, so they get a notification each day, and support staff can see everyone's movements. At the moment I can see tasks other people have input (using their usernames), as mark(mark), which is useless. I can get the task info, but have to hover over it, to see what mark is doing. I as manager want to know what everyone is doing at a glance...... Also when I clear a task it moves the date of the task, so if i complete a job, and clear it the next day it has changed the day of the job to the next day.... so over a weekend a friday job is given as monday not friday.. Anyone have any thoughts?? bob
Hello Bob, Welcome to the ACT! Community. In the calendar view, you can only see the Regarding and Contact names, but not the details. If you would like to see more then you either use the Activities Dashboard, or the Task List (just add the desired columns).
