The following question was submitted by an ACT! user via Twitter:
Is there a way to set up twitter in the web info tab so it would search for the contacts recent tweets?

You should be able to do this by navigating to the desired page in Twitter, copying the URL from the address line, and then replacing (or adding as new) the link under the Web Info Tab. You would then need to replace the section of the URL that has the contac's name with the Contact fields from ACT! so it will work with all contacts. This can be a little tricky depending on the website and the URL. You would probably have to create a field in ACT! for the contact's Twitter name and add that field to the URL for the link under the Web Info Tab.
Example for Twitter: http://twitter.com/{Contact.Twitter Name}
In this case, I added a new contact field called "Twitter Name" and added that to URL. The result would be that person's Twitter page. You will probably have to be logged into Twitter before this URL will work.

On the string provided, I changed "Surname to {Last Name} and then it worked.
