Setting a Password

This is very simple, (provided you are an administrator)
Go to Tools>Manage Users
edit each of the users in turn and set a password on them.
This way you will be required to enter a password before your database will open.
bear in mind that if you do this you will need to update your password in Act! Scheduler as well as Outlook integration, if you use either of these services.
