Setting Alarms...

I am running ACT 2006, V. 10. Is there a way in which you can set alarms that only the record manager of that particular contact can see. There are 3 sales reps and we do not want to see each others alarms pop up each day, all day, just our own.  How can the settings be set for this to occur?

Alarms are user specific.  The user that the activity is scheduled for will receive the alarm pop up.
