Set-up New Databas in ACT 2008 on WEB

Hi

I am currently changing to 2008WEB for our EU office and I would like to set-up a new Database for EU. I have 9500 Addresses.

In this database I have Companies and for each Company multible Contacts. The Contacts are always in new records.

Like

Company YZ  John Denver

Company YZ  Bethy Yoo

Company YZ  Helmut Mueller

Telekom         Franz Beckenbauer

Telekom         Hugo Boss

Telekom         Martha Harru

etc

SO I can I import my TXT file so that I have the companies under the COMPANY and automaticaly the contacts under Contacts but linked to the COMPANY???

Anyone how can help me??

ACT! doesn't automatically create the links from Contacts to Companies when importing.

To do this, you need an add-on. I use itImport to do this
