Set deault customised columns for multiple users

Hi everyone,

 

Recently upgraded our ACT 2008 to 2010 and loving it so far. Is it possible to set default comlumn views for each user so that when they open the Company list, it displays the same information regardless of who signs in. I know each user can do it separately, but it involves me walking to each station and setting these fields, is there an Admin override or anything that i am missing?
