2 user. ACT 2013 Pro. They had one license and purchased a second. Registration on the second machine was successful and the user is not being prompted to register, but now the serial number does not display when the user displays Help/About Act. We can input the registration code using Help/Register ACT but it won't hold on to the code.
Then it gets stranger. One database has 2 active users (both can login), but when the same set of users attempts to login to a second database (stored in the same location) they are told not enough licenses (only the first user to login, can get in).
I've reset preferences and restarte protexis service. Can't seem to find this behavior anywhere.
Does this make any sense to anyone?
