Separating territories

Can anyone help me figure out how i can separate different territories for our sales people? we want to make it so the sales person can only access their assigned contacts within their territory, but be able to have all of the sales people synchronize back into our main user and enable us to share notes and history. i would greatly appreciate anyone's help Smiley Very Happy

Re: Separating territories

How many users?
Are the sales people remote or on a LAN?
If remote, do they have laptops, Blackberries or Windows Mobile devices?

Re: Separating territories

It sounds like you already have synchronization set up if so you can define individual synch sets by salesperson which are driven by a query. If you have a tag in your database identifying either sales person or territory you can limit the individual sync sets by that.
