Separate Databases?

We put on a walkathon and I entered folks who participated in the Walk into my database and now I have double listings for many individuals.  Here is an example:  John Smith, Smith Company and John Smith, Walker.

 

My question is how can I move the Walkers to their own database?

- Create an empty copy of your current database by going to File/Save Copy As and choosing the empty copy option

- In your current database, do a lookup of the contacts that need to be in the separate database

- Go to File/Export and choose the option to export "Current Lookup"...export the lookup to the empty copy you created

- Once you have exported them to the copy, then you have the choice of deleting them or not from your original database
