I just noticed that all my 'Sent Emails' using Outlook are being recorded in the ACT! history as an expanded item. Before now, they were being recorded as a single line item with an icon for an attachment you could click to see the entire message. When they're expanded it bloats each contact's history, and only two to three items can be seen on the initial view.
There is th eother option to include all attachments when recording sent emails that will reduce it to one line item, but it saves any attachments that ate sent and bloats the database.
Is there a way to fix this? Or did it get changed in 2012?
