I am trying to work out how I can use ACT to send individual emails to recipients. If I click on a group in my ACT (I am using Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2) I can send an email to all members of the group through one single email (addresses all appear in the To: field), but how can I get ACT to create individual emails for each recipient? My ACT doesn't seem to have a "mail merge" option which I read about on another thread.
Also where I do want to send emails to a whole group and I don't mind if emails are sent not as individual emails, is there a way I can get ACT to populate the BCC field instead?
