Sending from two Exchange accounts

A client of ours would like to be able to send from multiple Exchange accounts, one being their own account and the other a general sales account.  For example, if the person needs to send an email to an existing account they could use "John.Smith@company.com".  But if they are sending an email to a new customer, they want the mail to come from "Sales@company.com".  We have seen that you can have multiple accounts but not two of the same type.  They have two individuals who would be using this.  Right now, our very ugly solution is for them to log onto a joint "sales" account if they want to send something from the "sales" email.

Thank you

Re: Sending from two Exchange accounts

The only way I could think to do this and I do use it myself is to have seperate Outlook profiles and I log in and out of each one depending on which one I want to use at the time as ACT is setup to just look at the current profile
