Sending emails to multiple contacts out of ACT --- Need Help ASAP

When sending an email out of ACT to multiple contacts, I enter the names using the auto fill-in.  After populating both the To: and CC: with 6+ contacts I click to to the body to type the email and all my contacts in the address fields get duplicated, ie I now have 12 contacts instead of 6 and the new entries are not underlined.  This seems to happen when adding 5 or more contacts.  Is there a limitation on the number of contacts an email can be send to?

Based on the information you have provided, the issue you are experiencing is associated with a reported issue.  A possible workaround may be to maximize the email message window when composing your email.  Also, make sure you update your ACT! program to the latest build for your version.  Updates can be downloaded from the ACT!
