Sending email problem

Sending email problem

ACT! 2013, Version 15.1.  Windows 7, Home Premium.  All programs up to date, I think. Smiley Frustrated

 

When I click on the Email tab I get the Act error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."  I don't have slightest idea of what this means. 

 

When the error message comes up it freezes evertning on ACT and I have to close it down using the Task Manager.

 

Help is required.

select the situation that most closely matches what you are doing when the error occurs, and follow the steps provided.

 

http://kb.swiftpage.com is a great resource when you encounter error messages in Act!, and I would highly recommend it in future.
