Here is my objective: I am trying to send a mass email from one of my Groups in ACT! 10.0 (aka 2008). I need to import a picture into the body of an email template. The text and hyperlink and salutation are there and are functioning properly. The picture (.jpg and .bmp) have not been able to be viewedby the recipient. Instead the recipient sees a small red X in the upper left hand corner of the picture field where the picture should be.
How can I send pictures by email using a template through ACT! Email10.0?
Please help...I have been on this project for a week. It seems simple yet I can't accomplish it.
