I need to send the contacts I have entered into ACT to another user in my company via email. How do I do that? Do I export/import? or is there a file I can send? and specifically how do I do that? Seems pretty basic but I dont see an answer in the book and support wont talk to me as we registered the product 60 days ago yet just now getting the time to use it.

What version of ACT! are you using?
You can export contacts to a CSV file. This will not export any activities, notes, history, and opportunities. You can then email the CSV to the other users and he'll import it into ACT!.
